about ramona
Ramona is a small scale flower grower and florist, growing seasonal and sustainable flowers in her cutting garden in Cranbrook, Kent.
Trained in Horticulture, Ramona uses the no dig approach to growing flowers in an organic manner. The flowers are grown with love and care, without pesticides, in harmony with the natural environment; grown for cutting and for the wildlife. In the height of the season, the cutting garden is an oasis for bees, ladybirds and many other invertebrates.
Following a career in marketing, Ramona has retrained in floristry at The Sussex Flower School. Her love for natural environment and seasonality is reflected in her arranging style: joyful, life enhancing with vibrant colours, quirky shapes, varied textures and beautiful scent.
Ramona is a member of Flowers from the Farm award-winning membership association championing artisan growers of seasonal, scented, locally grown British cut flowers.
